Scope
ProServa organizes property-response information you provide. It is automated planning/information software, not a human concierge, emergency service, inspection or insurance product. No dispatch, ongoing monitoring, guaranteed response or guaranteed outcome is included. In an emergency call 911; do not rely on this website as your only emergency resource.
Accounts and authorization
Use an account and property information only with authority from the responsible organization. Protect sign-in details, assign access appropriately and promptly remove access that is no longer authorized. Do not upload unlawful content, another person's private information without authority, or malicious files, and do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.
Your information and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Capessa Group LLC a limited license to host, process, organize, display and transmit it through the service and its processors as needed to provide requested features, including AI processing and sharing you choose. This is not a transfer of ownership or a license to advertise your property data. You must verify extracted critical details, procedures, contacts, access instructions and approval authority and keep them current. Draft extraction is not verification.
Provider independence
You choose and contract with providers independently. Public-source comparisons show sources and review dates, not guaranteed current availability, recommendations, quality scores or quoted prices. ProServa is not affiliated with any restoration company and does not arrange or supervise their work.
Purchase and delivery
$299 is a one-time payment for one property; $799 is a one-time payment for up to 10 properties within one organization. No automatic renewal. Access activates after payment and fulfillment are verified, not from a return-page URL. The hosted-access term, refund policy and support arrangement shown before checkout form part of your purchase. This draft is not an offer of lifetime access.
Downloads, change and termination
During hosted access you can print/export your plan and save offline essentials. Downloaded files remain yours to keep, but are static and must be updated independently; downloaded shares cannot be revoked. We may restrict misuse, unauthorized access or security threats proportionately and explain when practicable. Changes do not retroactively remove agreed purchase rights. Planned closure/export handling requires the approved arrangement shown below.
Limits of the service
Information can be incomplete or outdated, and automated processing can make mistakes. The service does not certify safety, legal/code compliance or insurance coverage and is not a substitute for qualified advice. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support to resolve purchase or service concerns; no arbitration requirement is imposed here.
