How it works

From scattered notes to a plan you can use at 2 a.m.

ProServa organizes what you know about a property. It doesn’t invent safety instructions, shutoff locations or provider details.
  1. 01

    Create your account and organization

One organization holds your properties and the people who can see or edit them.

  2. 02

    Choose your tier

$299 for one property, or $799 for up to 10 properties in one organization. One-time purchase.

  3. 03

    Add the property

Address and type. Property limits are enforced on our servers, not just in the page.

  4. 04

    Upload what you already have

Existing plans, photos and documents. The assistant can organize them into drafts and flag gaps — drafts are never treated as confirmed.

  5. 05

Fill the guided sections — or split them up

Progress saves as you go. Assign sections to facilities, finance, leasing or anyone who knows the details — invite them to sign in and fill in just their section while you keep final review.

  6. 06

    Confirm critical details

You, the responsible customer, confirm each detail. Anything missing stays visibly incomplete.

  7. 07

    Use your active dashboard

Prepare, Respond and Review modes. Incident buttons bring up your approved procedures, contacts and providers.
